The Junior League of Amarillo is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. It's purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Why Should You Give to the Junior League of Amarillo?

Your charitable gift can make the greatest positive impact  to the people and important causes of Amarillo through giving to the Junior League. 

How? 

Because the Junior League of Amarillo will add to your gift in four ways:

1. Your gift is matched by our active, hands-on JLA volunteers. Thus increasing your original contribution more than three fold.*

2. Careful judgments are made about what local charities need the most help and will use your gift to the maximum advantage.

3. The causes that receive your gift will be personally monitored by the Junior League of Amarillo to ensure the gift is being used wisely.

4. As a training organization, we commit to educating our members so that they can go out into the Amarillo community as leaders, and help change the city for the better.

Over the past 5 years the Junior League of Amarillo has given approximately $265,000 through grants that fund community projects and community assistance funds.
